I had a really challenging day today with two of my own cats and three feral cats going to the vet. I had been driving for four hours when I finally arrived home with all the cats, come to find that they had forgotten to give me one of the feral kittens. I was extremely stressed because I had already arrived home (an hour drive) and wouldn't be able to get back by the time they closed to get the other kitten, and her mama and sister were clearly stressed by her absence. Dr. K called me personally after hours and met me halfway, literally, so that the little kitten could be home with her family. I have already loved this place for years, but this service is above and beyond.

One quick caveat--I do agree with the reviews that say the administrative staff is hit or miss here. I have had many very positive experiences and a few pretty negative ones. But I think as long as Dr. K and Dr. Oliver are running the show, I know all our kitties are in the best possible hands.
