Don's Turf Motel Los Alamitos at 4732 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos, California.

The night clerk was great when we checked in but the older woman in the am during check out was beyond rude. I have never been treated so badly by a motel before. Rude, sarcastic and insulting. They will never get our business again. She needs to take a class on customer service, she could have accomplished the same thing with a different attitude and had customers for life & referrals but this woman could not smile or be kind if her life depended on it. I feel very sorry for her.
